Thought I would wish Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all on this Christmas Eve.

Meditation Poem Series: #33
Today was a full day. I was not able to post on the day itself, but I did meditate on my drive back to VA from NC, while my daughter napped. I did metta meditation, or loving-kindess meditation. I wished “May I be happy, May I be healthy, May I be free,” and then expanded that metta to my daughter, and then others on the road.
Happy Christmas to all. It was my daughter’s first Christmas with my parents, and it was wonderful to have my brother and his wife visiting from Seattle.

Christmas Eve
The day before something special is also special, so I wanted to wish all of you Merry Christmas for those of you that celebrate Christmas. For those of you who do not celebrate Christmas, I hope you still enjoy the day off as a holiday. I want to thank fellow bloggers on word press, who have been reading and supporting my writing this past year, and I also want to thank new readers who have been liking and commenting these past few months. I am grateful that I chose to keep writing and sharing, and that all of you have taken the time to share with me. May God bless you and keep you safe this holiday season. Peace be with you.
