What sort of meditation do you do?

Every so often I do chanting, generally that’s when my anxiety is the worst. I like guided meditations with visualization. At home I typically practice mindfulness and focusing on breath. What is your preference?

I mainly do zazen, but sometimes add metta meditation to my mix. But if nothing just sitting in my posture and breathing.
